Željko Đurić - General Manager – Director
Željko Đurić joined the Project in 2012 and assumed the position of the Director of the Project Company in 2014, with extensive involvement in the development, project finance, construction and operation phase of the Project at all levels.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law, Union University in Belgrade, Serbia, and holds a Master of Law (LLM) degree from the Faculty of Law, University of Cambridge, Cambridge, UK.
Nikola Gažo – Deputy General Manager
Nikola Gažo led construction of Windfarm Čibuk1 in role of Project Manager under Project Management Consulting service contract. After successful project completion, he joined WEBG team in March 2020. He has extensive experience in preparation and implementation of various infrastructure projects in Serbia and the region.
Nikola graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering, University of Belgrade, Serbia, and holds a MSc degree in civil engineering.
Vladimir Milanović - Finance Director
Vladimir Milanović joined the team as a Finance Director in September 2017, with his comperehensive experience in finance in the construction industry he oversees all financial functions including accounting, budget, financial model, tax and treasury.
Vladimir graduated from the School of Electrical Engineering, University of Belgrade and holds two Master’s degrees, one in Economics, University of Belgrade and second in International Management & Finance, HEC Paris.
Tamara Cvetković – Financial Analyst & Modeler
Tamara joined the company in 2019 in the position of Financial Analyst & Modeler. She works on financial models for company’s projects, while also supporting the Finance Department in an advisory role. Her previous experience includes working as an auditor for the Big Four.
Tamara holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Economics and Foreign Trade from the Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade.
Marijana Petrović – Senior Accountant
Marijana joined the team as a Senior Accountant in November 2018. She brings over five years of public accounting experience in the Ministry of Finance – Treasury. With her knowledge of finance and accounting procedures, Marijana provides accurate financial information to all areas of the project, as well as providing financial systems and accounting procedures.
She graduated in 2012 from Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Audit and Financial Management. She is now engaged in ACCA certification and actively works on her Master`s degree in the Accounting, Auditing and Business Finance.
Jovana Stevanović – Accountant
Jovana joined the Project back in 2009 as an Accountant responsible for financial adiminstration, cooperation and communication with financial authorities.She maintains financial records, process incomes, expenditures, daily banking and bankstatement reconciliation. With her detail oriented skills she ensures that financial approvals and payments are processed in timely fashion. Jovana obtained accountant certification in 2017.
Jovana Mićović – Business Support Officer / Local Community Relationship Manager
Jovana Micovic joined WEBG team in 2016 as a Business Support Officer. With her organized and positive approach, Jovana ensures smooth running of Governance, Project Development, Project Delivery and miscellaneous office functions and tasks. She also provides support to company’s senior management with the management of external communications and relations with public and private stakeholders.
Starting from 2020, Jovana acts as a company’s focal point for the local community. She is responsible for planning, organizing and managing activities related to project presentation as well as for the implementation of the company’s social investment plan.
Jovana holds a master’s degree in Project Management and bachelor’s degree in Public Relations.
Ivana Krčmar – Office Manager
Ivana Krcmar is our Office Manager responsible for various administrative tasks, coordination of office activities and the company’s procedures. Since she joined the project in 2015, she ensures the daily operations run smoothly. Ivana is also responsible for the supervision of the support staff.
She attended Faculty of Philology in Belgrade and currently studying for a master’s degree in economics.
Ramona Glanda – Secretary
Ramona Glanda joined the team in December 2017 as a Secretary. With her strong business acumen and multitasking skills she is responsible for handling the busy schedules of company’s corporate executives while managing other general office administration duties. Ramona holds a master’s degree in International Business.
Slobodan Sarajlija – Office Driver
Slobodan is our Office Driver responsible for secure and timely driving services. Since he joined the project in May 2013, Slobodan is in charge of maintenance services for the vehicles and planning each route based on road and traffic conditions. With his punctual attitude, Slobodan is making sure that company’s corporate executives meet their busy schedules. He also provides assistance in general administration and logistical work.
Miloš Novaković, Slavimir Nikolić, Vladimir Živanović, Vladimir Glumac, Branko Miletić, Predrag Nikolić – Plant Operators
Joined the WEBG team in July 2018 as Plant Operators responsible for supervison, control and maintenance of the plant. With their knowledge and previous experience, our Operators are overseeing plant operations and ensure that the plant is running smoothly. They are also responsible for repairs, trobleshooting and safety adherence.
